Do not take BONK-ON if you: use nitrate medications (e.g. nitroglycerin) for chest pain, use guanylate cyclase stimulators (e.g. riociguat), have severe heart, liver or kidney disease, have low blood pressure, or are allergic to PDE5 inhibitors. Combining with alcohol or recreational drugs ("poppers") can cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure.
Possible side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, dizziness and changes in vision. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism), chest pain, or sudden vision or hearing loss.
